·         Provide your team with all the tools and training they need to do their job effectively to the satisfaction of your customers.
·         Use incentives to encourage innovation and excellent performance and reward your team when they perform.
·         Concentrate on solutions to provide greater benefits and value to your customers.
·         Encourage team work. There will be downtime when challenges seem overwhelming, ensure that your team knows they have your full support during both the good and difficult periods.
